Once again we all have so many tough choices to make, here’s the showcases that I’m most excited about:
 
Wednesday
Jon McMillion and 214 have been two of my favorite local artists during the past year. I was so impressed by Jon’s album, podcasts and overall production this year. Chris Roman (214) is such a talented artist and able to flawlessly cross so many genres. He’s really been killing it lately and I’m looking forward to hearing him bring it.
 
 
Thursday
If I could only recommend one showcase for Decibel I would recommend seeing Amon Tobin at the Paramount. I caught this show in Montreal this year but it was so far beyond anything I had ever seen I can’t describe it. The overall production of this show is extraordinary and this one is not to be missed. His show coupled with the beauty and grandness of the Paramount theatre will make this such a special night.
 
 
Friday
This one is so hard for me. M. quiet and the guys from Cyanwave are probably 3 of my favorite favorite human beings on the planet so I’ll be bouncing between Neumo’s and The Woods. That being said I need to figure out a way to get over to Kyle Hall as well. That is one talented kid, he’ll be at the forefront of quality dance music for years to come.
 
 
Saturday
All about going deep at Neumo’s on Saturday! Mike Huckaby is a true legend and he put on a show not to be missed earlier this year. I’ve been buying I:Cube’s and Chateau Flight’s music for quite a while and Deniz Kurtel has put out a couple can’t miss tracks this year.
 
 
Sunday
I would have to say the boat party is getting my juices flowing the most for Sunday. My friends, the Slowpoke crew, are really making a name for themselves with the deep, slow, and funky sound, which I’ve really been digging. The Wolf+Lamb showcase on the boat is an added bonus. Every time I’ve been to one of their parties I’ve had a great time, and now we get to enjoy one of their showcases on a boat! That doesn’t suck one bit!…And then there’s TIGER&WOODS!
 
An amazing 5 days of music without a doubt!
