Representing the great Northwest since 2003, the Shameless crew has evolved over the years and gained respect by consistently creating some of the best underground events in the area. Without being tied to one genre or scene, they’ve instigated parties from mountain tops to clubs to loft spaces and at warehouses, all the while introducing Seattle to new artists, visual experiences and unpretentious fun. A partner of Decibel since day one, Shameless threw the Festival’s first four official after parties. This year, they’re kick starting the weekend early with a classic 4 x 4 dance night. For fans of techno, house & electro, this two room showcase has it all.

Legendary DJ Dan Bell (aka DBX) returns to Seattle from Detroit via Berlin and will be working 2 decades of experience into his headlining DJ set. An early collaborator with Ritchie Hawtin, Dan Bell’s releases on Plus 8, Accelerate and Tresor are classic mainstays and have influenced many producers today.

Seattle’s favorite Australian via Berlin, Deepchild, has been pushing the future sounds of dub and tech house all over the world with an infectious style all his own. This year’s 90-minute live set promises even more blaps and yeeeeeeee than you can shake a hip at.

In the lounge, local producer 214, who has recently caught the attention of Andrea Parker’s Touchin’ Bass label, will also be performing a live set that’s bound to get your 808-lovin’ ass shaking.

Sweatbox local DJ Ctrl_Alt_Dlt warms up the main room on the deep techno tip while Shameless residents Recess, Menami, Levi Clark and Adlib turn the lounge into your own private house party.
