Daniel Ames has clocked in at 8 years experience behind the turntables as DJ Same DNA. Founder of Trashy Trash night, Dna is known for his mixing and blending skills, and eclectic style of genre-melding dancefloor devestation. Armed with a huge vinyl collection, a short attention span and a knack for crowd pleasing, Dnahas been representing the Fourthcity artist collective across the west coast. Dna's most notable entry onto the Seattle electronic scene started with a residency at the infamous egg room, a debaucherous afterhours den also known as Seattle's hipster firetrap. Same DNA has been throwing dance parties in Ballard for years. Other notable experiences include rocking Broken Disco's local artist showcase, Stop Biting Tuesdayz at Lofi, opening for James Pants, Raashan Ahmad (OM), Trevor Loveys and creating Wonderlove with dj Riz Rollins, Seattle's annual Stevie Wonder dance party, his favorite party of the year.
