Camino Acid is the moniker of the Portland electro-techno duo Señor Frio and SciFiSol who regularly stir up hearts on dance floors up and down the West Coast. The roots of Señor Frio’s style incorporates the elements of downtempo, house, IDM and techno; his gigs at Holocene, KPSU, Noir, Smart Bar in Chicago, and The Chapel in Seattle have honed his skills engaging the listener with his particular brand of techno-eroticism while gaining supreme knowledge in rocking the dance floor. SciFiSol currently produces her own unique style of electronica fueled by techno and IDM rhythms while floating on ambient, emotional overtones, featuring her vocals hauntingly interlaced throughout. The two musicians' talents combine as the duo Camino Acid and leave no doubt that the mélange is a match made in electronic music heaven.
