A notable in the Portland eletronic music scene, 31avas' breadth and curatorial skill have solidified her reputation. For five years, she's been the host of KPSU radio show Severe Exposure, playing a mixture of minimal, techno, electro and IDM. For the last two years she's also hosted techno monthly Kultureszene. Recently she's also taken her knowledge to the world of print, writing about music for the alternative weekly The Portland Mercury.
