Tap Tap Productions was started in 2007 with the help of several close friends and the support of an entire electronic dance community.

Receiving inspiration from www.TranceWhorez.com from their contributions to the Seattle community, James Tapia decided it was time to take his love of the music and community a step further. Filling a void that was left by Trance Whorez, he began going to every event and photographing every possible angle he could in order to provide a comprehensive memory of the event.

Expanding on the photography portion of the business, Tap Tap Productions has grown into a company that encompasses multiple angles in the electronic dance community. We now act as a booking hub for some of the Northwest’s favorite DJs and GoGo dancers, host a website that has topped over 3,000,000 views in 2010, and we continue to provide the most comprehensive photographic coverage of electronic music events in the northwest.
