Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, French Press Films was founded in 2009 around the work of three filmmakers and the desire to start a production company that approached projects as films first.  French Press Films’ portfolio shows a range of work from narrative to abstract, commercial to conceptual, with recent work including Oakland-based solar company Sungevity, the 2009 Decibel Festival and Made In: Liberia.
