2011 DECIBEL CONFERENCE Presented by Windows 7

Decibel Conference 2011 brings us into the world of the fan (Wednesday), the artist (Thursday) and the music business (Friday), supplemented by our annual hands on in-depth workshops. This conference, offered free of charge for attendees of all ages is an integral part of Decibel Festival's educational outreach. This year's Decibel Conference will be held at Fred Wildlife Refuge and is presented by Windows 7®.
